Pure Quality Athletic Wear™

Pure Quality Athletic Wear™ is a sports apparel company dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals by providing a product line that enhances daily exercise and encourages healthy life style choices. Proceeds from the sales of our product line provides sports equipment and funding to youth athletic programs around the world through our Foundation, Small Expeditions.

Solomon Boakye, pictured in the black shirt, is the Director of Small Expeditions and our youth athletic program in Ghana. In this photo, Solomon is presenting a group of students in the Asanti Region of Ghana with sporting equipment for their after school soccer program. Books, clothing and food were also donated by Nike, The AAFC (African American Family Conference) and Scholastic Books.

In March, 2009 we set out to develop aftercare sports programs within two schools and three orphanages in Ghana, Mali and the Congo. Unfortunately, our representative was kidnapped and beaten by rebels in the Congo. We are happy to report that he is currently recovering in the US with his family. Although our supplies and efforts to secure programs in the Congo was interrupted, our goal to provide youth around the world with the necessary resources to improve their health, education and environment is still in motion.

In the spring of 2010 Pure Quality Athletic Wear™ will begin their series of Pure Quality Athlete Workshops™ for youth, high school and college sports programs. The workshops emphasize the dangers of using performance enhancement drugs and what it takes to be a Pure Quality Athlete™!
